If you are an expert in events or an expert in social media or an expert in cooking – Do not take on the whole project and do a DIY unless you know the ins and outs! It can be overwhelming and you can get it totally wrong. Outsource where you can!

Suppliers

As above, outsource where you can – have a team of suppliers that you trust and that understand your brand, your event and support you on socials – Make sure they post content related to the event as well, more exposure! 😉

Collabs

Collaborate where you can with influential people that can share your event content as well!

Sales

This part sucks, it can be awkward, it can be scary, it can be all the feels!  Provide information on the value the guests will get and keep your fingers crossed!

Phase out

Show up, be a power house, host like a boss and make sure you connect and collaborate as much as possible!
