Research:
Like everything, we understand that you want to do your research on different companies out there – how they work, their values and maybe the type of work they have done in the past. Instagram, Facebook and google are all good avenues for this.
Enquiry:

Simply call, send an online enquiry or a booking enquiry – We will get back to you as soon as possible or within 4 hours. We will come back to you with some finer details, answer any questions you may have and advise of our process. From here:
We will provide you with a detailed quote, our terms and conditions and any other information that may be tailored just for you!
Requirements:
Once we dig a bit deeper and have a chat with you about your event, promotion or marketing campaign we will give you recommendations if required.
We understand all businesses have a different concept/ theme/ look or background that may look for in staff. We will ask you the following:
- Do you have any specific requirements in terms of: Age Group, Gender of staff, Appearance (EG height, hair colour, ethnic back ground), Experience, Certification.
- We will then source staff within your criteria, you also have the option to choose the staff you like.
- Whether you would like to provide a full detailed briefing for us to pass onto the staff, or we will ask general questions to write up a briefing on your behalf to provide the staff.
Engagement:
It’s Event Time! So comes the day of the event, our staff will show up 15 minutes early to their shifts, meet you, debrief with you and get changed and do their job.
It is that simple.
